Loft Insulation removal & replacement
Some customers would like old, ineffective insulation removed. it is not always nescecerry but we can offer advice and remove old insulation if desired. We could hoover the loft before laying fresh Loft Insulation to 300mm or more.
Sometimes Loft Insulation becomes damaged from water, mould or contaminated with droppings. We can bag, remove and dispose of damaged insulation before installing new insualtion.
When removing old insulation from the loft we always tie the old insulation into bags, use dust sheets and carpet protectors and hoover up after the work is complete.

We can install insulation at rafter level, rather than laying over the joists. Insulating the roof rather than the floor will allow much more heat to pass into the loft, creating a warmer space.
